An alumnus-alumnus mentoring network and a mentoring program that pairs a student with an alumni in his/her field of interest will provide an active SPAI members to share their experience. This will give the pleasure of seeing someone blossom and use our experiences as a stepping stone.
A mentor possesses the wisdom that only experience can provide. The Mentee is someone who is looking to move up the career ladder, usually following in the footsteps of the mentor. The relationship benefits both mentor and Mentee. The Mentee receives guidance and helpful advice. The mentor benefits from the opportunity to strengthen his or her leadership skills.

Process:
A student or an alumni can contact careerconnect@spsalumni.org .They need to send their resumes/CV and a cover note addressing why he/she should be selected as a mentee. The decision to accept someone as a mentee will be made the mentor. The prospective mentee should in no situation contact the mentor directly. Failures to do so will result in automatic rejection.
